“The Hotel” shall mean The New Bridge Hotel, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Prices are per room, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of VAT. All offers are subject to availability. Meals may be included in special promotional rates: this will be indicated.

Payment, All reservations require a credit or debit card guarantee, to be given at the time of booking. Payment should be made on arrival at the hotel. 

The New Bridge Hotel are pleased to accept payment by debit card with MasterCard debit, Visa debit, Maestro, and Delta being free of charge.  We also accept payment by MasterCard credit cards, Visa Credit and American Express.

Arrivals and Departures, Check-in is from 15.00.  Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00.  Arrangements can be made for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability.  Please contact The Hotel directly on 01912505400 or email info@thenewbridgehotel.com.

Cancellations, We operate a 14:00 on the day cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 0191 233 1010 or email info@New Bridgehotel.co.uk. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings).

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Reservation and to terminate this Agreement forthwith by notice in writing to the Client if the Hotel or any substantial part thereof is closed due to circumstances beyond the reasonably control of the Hotel or if the Client has failed to make the required pre-payment detailed above or has otherwise failed in any material respect to comply with the terms of this Agreement.  If the Hotel cancels the Reservation in any such circumstances, the Hotel will refund any amounts paid by the Client in advance to the Hotel but will otherwise have no further liability to the Client.  The Hotel’s right of termination is without prejudice to any other rights accrued to the Hotel at the date of termination.

The Hotel will not be liable for failure to provide agreed facilities in the event of it being prevented from doing so by causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, riot, industrial action or Act of God.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Credit Facilities, When in place invoices are due for payment upon presentation.  The Hotel reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 3% above the base rate of Barclays Bank PLC, calculated on a daily basis.

Insurance is reccomended to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Management reserve the right to charge in full for any items removed from the guest rooms without prior consent.  Also, the client will take all reasonable precautions not to damage any property of the Hotel and will satisfy any claim properly founded on such damage.  Public areas, passages, corridors and foyers cannot be used to display promotional materials or individual signage or for the registration of guests without prior approval from the Management of the Hotel.  The Hotel will always be pleased to arrange or assist with framed signage should this be required.  The Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a charge being made.

There is a NCP Pay & Display Car Park next to the hotel.

Rooms for customers with disabilities, Some of our rooms are specially adapted for customers with disabilities, please call the hotel to check availability.  We will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, however all rooms are subject to availability.

Your Personal Details will not be sold on or passed on to third parties. Your credit card details are not kept in any form and are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed.
